I offer a free 20 minutes telephone or zoom consultation, as I feel that it is important for you to find a therapist that you will connect and feel comfortable with, as this can make a huge difference in creating a therapeutic relationship that will benefit you, and also help decide on whether counselling is for you. The consultation provides you with an opportunity to ask questions about what I offer and to discuss your needs.
